Meeting & Conference Facilities

We have a large L shaped room which overlooks the garden and has access both from the Hotel entrance and out into the garden. The room can seat up to 25 people in a conventional U shaped format or Board Room format but is best suited to smaller meeting up to 15 people.

Your personal conference organiser will be assigned to you during the enquiry stage and through the events duration. The organiser will be available to manage your event through the day and to ensure you have the best service possible. Their duties will include message management and co-ordination with the Hotel, Kitchen and bars. We have 6 Hotel Bedrooms rooms available. Four of these could be used as syndicate rooms. 

There are Two bars a traditional lounge bar and the public bar which has a pool table, darts and gaming machines.

We have a full team of chef’s available to cater for  your requirements from Full English Breakfast’s, Hot or Cold buffet lunches, A la Carte restaurant food through to a full evening meal

All rooms are provided for use on a half-day and daily rate. Sessions will normally run between 9am and 5pm. Evening sessions are also available, for rates please contact the Personal Conference Organiser at the number below.

Half Day Delegate Rate for the Hire of the Meeting Room (with a minimum charge of 5 delegates).  The Hiring times are 9am-1pm or 1pm – 5pm.

·        The minimum charge is for 5 people at £29 per head per day or £21 for a half day charge.

·        After making your provisional booking a deposit of £10 per person is required within 14 days of the event. Cheques should be made payable to “The Three Tuns Hotel

·        All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be set against other items

·        Confirmation of your event details will be sent to you after the deposit has been received

·        The Three Tuns Hotel will make every effort to honor commitments but regret they will not accept liability for any errors, omissions or cancellations how so ever caused. All prices quoted within the brochure and event confirmation are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%, which is subject to government fluctuation.

·        The management reserves the right to eject from the venue any guest (s) whose behavior/action is detrimental to other guests, staff and/or property
